Beautiful veneered maple frame in excellent condition.

Inside is a copy of the famous Hogarth's print of The Five Orders of Periwigs (The Five Orders of Periwigs as they were Worn at the Late Coronation Measured Architectonically).

The Five Orders of Periwigs  is an engraving by William Hogarth which contains several levels of satire; firstly publicated on the 15 October 1761.
