A highly decorative six panel painted screen that could be used as a room divider/dressing screen or hung flat against a wall as an impressive statement piece of wall art.

This wonderfully painted oil on canvas (backed onto wood/board) screen depicting, exotic animals & birds, is in the style of the 18th Century Dutch painter Melchior d' Hondecoeter (1636-1695).

In very good condition, with only a few marks commensurate with age.
