A Fine Quality 19th C Walking Stick Sword Stick

Origin: England   Period: Victorian

A superior Victorian sword stick, gadget stick or sword cane. The well preserved single edge double-fuller steel blade is housed in a male Malacca shaft which has a beautiful patina. The pommel and collar (probably silver-no hallmarks present) are nicely decorated and in very good condition. The metal ferrule at the tip of the cane is original.
A very elegant sword stick for the collector.
The steel blade does show some signs of age, blemishes etc., but the blade tip is intact with no losses.
Overall Size 84 cm.
Top of handle to blade tip 78.5 cm.
