Rare Victorian Silver Gilt Scent-Perfume Bottle

Origin: England Birmingham   Period: 1900

A very rare and complete silver perfume bottle.

This late Victorian Scent Bottle has a very attractive and delicate repousse decoration with a blanc cartouche on either side.

It is hinged along one side and opens to reveal a gilt interior and removable glass bottle.

The three separate pieces of silver are all marked individually for Birmingham 1900.

The stopper has a removable screw down cap for dispensing the perfume; this is also in very good condition.

In great pristine condition throughout with no scratches or blemishes to the silver gilt case or chips to the bottle inside.
