Return Policy for Distance Selling to Consumers:

Satisfying our customers is very important to us and we are committed to complying with legislation for the protection of online buyers and also to protect ourselves and our valuable stock from any type of return fraud.

Buyers have the right to ask to return an item purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, including packaging, shipping charges, transit insurance, any applicable customs clearance fees, and non-refundable import duties.

Returned items must be sent using must utilise the same shipping method and carrier tier used when the goods were dispatched (this does not imply that the return shipment will have the same cost as the dispatchment shipment), unless an alternative service upgrade is agreed upon in advance.

Items must be returned unaltered and in their original condition. The consumer retains full liability for the goods during transit and is responsible for handling any insurance claims for damage, loss, or theft that may occur during return shipment.

A refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment once the item has been safely received. A deduction may be applied if the value of the antique has been diminished by handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
